PASTORAL
CARE CONCERNS - Please advise the church office, 519-354-7540, if you
learn of anyone who is ill, in hospital, or has any pastoral concerns. The church office will make the appropriate
arrangements for pastoral care follow-up.
If you wish to include people in our prayers, you must have their
permission to do so. You are reminded
that we have a “Visitation Team” who regularly keeps in touch with those who
are shut-ins or live in retirement and nursing homes.
ACCESSIBILITY
TO THE BUILDING — Victoria Avenue United Church is working towards
making our building and services as accessible as possible to everyone. In that respect, we have made the following
provisions:
-
Large print bulletins;
-
Reading/magnifying glasses available at the sound desk;
-
Outdoor ramp for easier and quicker access into the
building;
-
Parking spaces closer to the building entrances for
anyone who may have difficulty walking distances.
We ask that all the parking spaces near
the entrances to the church building be left available for this purpose.
Accessibility Feedback
Forms are available at the sound desk.
Please let us know of any concerns regarding accessibility.

THANK
YOU!!! The 17th Annual Crêpe Dinner was a sell-out success!
Our many thanks to everyone who contributed to this fundraiser: those who donated food items and money, sold
and purchased tickets, helped with preparation, cooking, serving, decorations
and clean-up. We cannot do any of this
work without you! A special note of
thanks to Anne Gibson, Gayle Martin, Jean Smith, Greg and Debbie Taylor, and
Bonnie Verfaillie for all their time on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday in
preparation for this meal. This
“Valentine” was most definitely from your heart!
